Some of my favorite things I ate in Japan in no particular order 1) mochi strawberry 2) sake ice cream 3) wagyu beef skewer 4) Hoba Miso (beef grilled on a magnolia leaf using a very small burner at the table. insane) 5) 7/11 egg salad sandwich 6) aspargus tempura with grated parmesan (who knew!)
